This is my favorite part of the Super Bowl! Making food to take to a party with great friends! I usually have no interest in whose playing, but like a good Southern Girl, I LOVE the parties! This year I made desserts and as usual, over did it 🙂 Pictured below are chocolate covered bacon, bacon brownies, Heath brownies, cheesecake brownies, and my personal favorite, Nanner pudding (Banana Pudding for those of you not raised by Randy Simpson!). I made my desserts from scratch, but if you are not so inclined, just remember, a store bought dessert looks like perfection if you put it on a pretty platter! (And no one will ever know, so I won’t tell if you won’t!). So go out, make your food or buy it at the store, put it on a pretty platter, and impress everyone with your presentation (because that’s really all that matters in the long run anyways 🙂 ).
